1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via Stripe)

  • PayPal: For all subscription plans

  • Bank Transfers (B2B only): Contact sales@mkbdrive.com for invoice requests


2. Subscription Billing

A. Automatic Renewals

  • All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual).

  • You will be charged 24 hours before renewal unless canceled.

B. Pricing Changes

  • We notify users via email 30 days in advance of price increases.

  • Existing subscribers maintain current rates until their next renewal date.

C. Failed Payments

  • 1st Attempt: Immediate retry + email notification.

  • 2nd Attempt (3 days later): Service downgraded to free tier if unsuccessful.


3. Refund Policy

*Excludes scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.


4. Currency & Taxes

  • Currency: All charges are in USD (converted for non-US users by your payment provider).

  • Taxes: VAT/GST added where applicable (EU/UK/Australia). Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation.


5. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

  • Disputes must first be escalated to support@mkbdrive.com.


6. Enterprise Contracts

Custom payment terms available for:

  • Annual prepayments (5% discount)

  • PO-based invoicing (Net 30)

7. Updates to Terms

Changes will be:

  • Posted here with a new effective date

  • Emailed to active subscribers 30 days in advance
