2. Subscription Billing
A. Automatic Renewals

All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual).

You will be charged 24 hours before renewal unless canceled.
B. Pricing Changes

We notify users via email 30 days in advance of price increases.

Existing subscribers maintain current rates until their next renewal date.
C. Failed Payments

1st Attempt: Immediate retry + email notification.

2nd Attempt (3 days later): Service downgraded to free tier if unsuccessful.
3. Refund Policy

4. Currency & Taxes

Currency: All charges are in USD (converted for non-US users by your payment provider).

Taxes: VAT/GST added where applicable (EU/UK/Australia). Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
