2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

- Registration number (if applicable)
- Good Faith Statement

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, send a counter-notice containing:
- Your contact details
- Description of removed content + original URL
- Statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief the removal was erroneous
- Consent to US federal court jurisdiction (for US-based claims)
We will:
- Forward the counter-notice to the complainant
- Restore content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate accounts of users who receive three (3) valid DMCA notices, following our:
